The Big House

We offer a very spacious and comfortable 5,000 sq. ft. 2 story, brick house. This was the home to the original owner of the ranch, Wilmer D. Seay and his family. This beautiful home has been remodeled, but still has the charm of when it was built in 1929. It can accommodate 12 to 15 people or more. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, game room, dining room, and laundry room.

The house has Central Heat and Air Conditioning, dish T.V., and a propane grill outside with some outdoor seating. The house also has a walk in freezer for all the hunted game. To keep the house in the best condition, it is Non-Smoking and No Indoor Pets but we do provide outdoor kennels.

Rustic Cabin

We also offer a rustic, country log cabin buried deep in the woods. The cabin can accommodate up to 8 people. It has one open room with a loft. This log cabin is truly for the hunters that are wanting to "rough it".

Unfortunately, this cabin does not have running water, but it does have propane lights, a wood burning stove for heat, cots to sleep on, and a welcoming front porch overlooking a corn feeder, which is one of our best hunting locations that we have to offer. The view is incredible! The cabin also has an outhouse off to the side.
